Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Returns must be initiated by contacting us before sending anything back
❗ Note: Opened trading card packs, boxes, or items showing signs of tampering are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Opened or damaged trading card products
Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Pre-order products after the processing period begins
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt for proof of return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
